| Reiki: A Quick Overview Reiki originated in Japan many years ago and was brought back into practice by Mikao Usui. The word Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is often written in Japanese kanji. It literally means universal life-force energy. Through a series of hand positions either directly on or just above the body, the Reiki practitioner allows for the flow of energy through their body. The client’s body then receives the perfect amount of energy that is required. Reiki addresses the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and well-being. Energy Work:
There are many ways to connect and balance the energy system of our bodies. I found a
powerful connection with combining traditional shamanic ways with more alternative ways
such as crystals, flower essences, aromatherapy, and color techniques. I always start with
the foundation of reiki and then allow my guides to lead the session so you receive exactly
what you need. The experience is gentle and peaceful. I play soft music to enhance the
experience and for audible balancing to occur.

This is a package set up to support you in an
intensive process of transformation. We'll meet
every 3 days for 30 minutes for 30 days. This
process is a designed to give you support and
encouragement as you shift and integrate so you
can fully express your passion, purpose, and joy.

Reiki Sessions and Attunements
Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing that comes from the Source energy
– Universal Life Force. I have my master’s attunement and also teach the way
of Reiki. If you’d like to experience more peace, love, and connection with
yourself and others, then a Reiki session is ideal! If you are called to explore
the Reiki way, then I would be honored to teach you what I know and what
I have experienced over the past 10 years through a Reiki attunement.

Vibrational Energy Healing Sessions: $70
This is a fun session as it allows for Spirit to direct the flower and healing. I will incorporate crystals,
feathers, flower essences, aromatherapy, sound, animal guides, and ancient cultural ceremony into every
session as I am directed by Spirit. My intuitive self will connect with your Higher self so together we can
bring you and/or release from you all that is in alignment with your soul’s vibration.
Chakra Balancing: $60
We’ll focus on the main seven chakras (energy centers) in your being. Each one will be opened, cleared,
and balanced so you may experience greater love, joy, and connection. This session combines the
traditional information of chakras as well as integrating various modalities such as: past lives, extractions,
energy clearing; to enable the greatest amount of alignment and opening.
This is a fun session as it allows for Spirit to direct the flower and healing. I will incorporate crystals,
feathers, flower essences, aromatherapy, sound, animal guides, and ancient cultural ceremony into every

will add to your life!
